April Activities.

We had a great night at Main Street Restaurant last Saturday night, the band was in top form our new bass player, Dave Stretch, fit right in.

We will be at the Shady Nook Sportsbar April 30th which is a great little late evening hang out. Hope you can make it

Good news on the Java Joe's Coffee House front.

We played Java Joe's Grand reopening on February 12th, it was a great event, you will love the new owners. Even though there have been a few changes to the looks it is still the warm comfortable gathering place it was before. We look forward to playing there in the future.

Main Street Restaurant in Yorba Linda - January 14, 2011

Acoustic Conversation sounded terrific on Friday night and everyone had a great time, some listening and some dancing.

10th Annual Celebration of the Arts, Yorba Linda, Ca.

On Sunday, June 6, 2010, Acoustic Conversation performed at the 10th Annual Celebration of the Arts at the Yorba Linda Community Center at 4501 Casa Loma Avenue in Yorba Linda at Imperial Highway, plus the adjacent Hurless Park and Lasorda Field House. The event is sponsored by the City of Yorba Linda and the Thomas Lasorda Foundation; and managed by the Yorba Linda Arts Alliance.

The Celebration of the Arts is a really unique fine arts and music festival featuring nearly 100 exhibitors including artists - watercolor, oils, jewelry, glass, sculpture, bronze, ceramics, mixed media, photography, etc. The event included free live entertainment on 4 stages for dance, theater, and live music provided by local musicians such as the Ron Kobuyashi Trio, The Alley Cats and Acoustic Conversation. Gary Medeiros provided the sound system and management of the Community Center Outside and the Amphitheater stages from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It was a tremendous success with great live music and art. 4th Annual Hep C Awareness Event March 27th

Acoustic Conversation played at the fourth annual Patrick Eden Hepatitis C Awareness event held at Main Street Restaurant in Yorba Linda March 27th.

Entertainment was mixed in with free Hepatitis C screening. The free event is hosted by Hep C Aware.org and Terri Eden, whose husband, Patrick, died in 2006 at age 54 after contracting the disease during an operation to repair nerve damage from a car accident years earlier.

This event is to bring awareness to people on how serious this disease is and the importance of getting screened, because by the time they realize they are sick it may be too late.
